PlugMall works because people trust it. These simple rules keep it safe and welcoming for everyone. By using PlugMall, and especially by selling on it, you agree to follow them.

Do

• Be honest: describe items and services accurately, and honour the deals you make.
• Use tasteful, product-focused photos. PlugMall is a public, community platform.
• Treat other users with respect.
• Get verified if you sell — it builds trust and helps you sell more.
• Report anything that looks like a scam or breaks these rules.

Don't

• Don't scam, deceive, or post false or misleading listings.
• Don't sell illegal items, weapons, drugs, or counterfeit goods presented as genuine.
• Don't post sexually explicit content, and never any content that sexualises or endangers a child. This results in immediate removal and a ban.
• Don't post suggestive or intimate content in the public feeds (intimate apparel may be sold in its category with tasteful, product-only photos).
• Don't harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
• Don't misuse listings as adverts (for example, a raw link with no real product), spam, or fake reviews and reputation.

What happens if the rules are broken

• We may remove content or listings, warn you, or suspend or ban your account, depending on how serious the breach is.
• Serious breaches (such as fraud, or any content involving minors) result in immediate, permanent removal with no warning.
